In a nutshell, I am grateful for and impressed with the knowledge and expertise offered by Brent Coburn. He was hands on and explained everything along the way. I was given tools to help my recovery process and knowledge as to what was actually going on in my shoulder. Thank you Totem Lake Physical Therapy for having such capable staff.
It was terrible. Brent told me all the things I would never do again. Right or wrong, ease into an active person. Then I got handed off to "the team". I have had PT before and good for ones are wonderful. Given a motion to do, then noticing the team was not paying attention, I purposely started doing it wrong. Did they observe, comment, correct, or anything....NO. PT works if there is participation, and focus from both sides.
