Had a bad experience with BTC- we did not get to choose them for our home purchase. Incompetent (***** ******) had to be replaced by their manager *****. Long story short they botched the ALTA with typos and duplicate fees which we called them out on- got them fixed last minute the day before closing though painfully. This company hires crooks that try to make you pay extra.
