Excellent efficient professional friendly service, which led to a faultless settlement day experience. When called prior to closing, Tom McCarthy answered any questions with ease and always kept us in the picture.
Everyone was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The only downside is the wire transfer only policy. My bank charges $30 per wire transfer. If Brennan Title can offer another option instead of wire transfers, it will be greatly appreciated. Overall, I appreciate Brennan Title and thank you.

Very easy to deal with. They made every effort to accomidate my sellers in getting the paperworked signed early. It was nice that they traveled to my clients because of the distance to there office. I would recommend them.
