Dr. Dodson was incredible throughout my daughter’s tonsillectomy journey. He was caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. He made sure I understood every step of the surgery and was always available, even after hours, to address any post-op concerns. I have been suffering classic sinusitis for almost 30 years. I finally became so consistently sick, my GP recommended I go see an allergist. Found the most wonderful allergist in town. My symptoms haven’t improved as much with weekly injections as he thought they should by now. He said I have classic signs of sinusitis and should see an ENT. Went to Dr. Dodson for possible sinus infection and headaches 3 years ago. He basically ignored my symptoms, and sent me home saying, "You don't have a sinus infection. Go see a neurologist." Well, after much pain, and seeing a neurologist, who sent me back to an ENT, I finally have a diagnosis. USING DODSON'S REQUESTED CT SCAN from 3 years ago, this new ENT has shown I have a deviated septum and concha bullosa that will likely result in surgery to reduce. Dr. Dodson is the most compassionate doctor I have seen in a long time. I have a rare genetic condition and he is certainly an expert! He spent a long time explaining my condition and available options. His staff is so nice and they call you back right away. I recommend him to all my friends and family - if you need an ENT, look no further!!
Took great care of my daughter who needed ear tubes for chronic ear infections. He answered all our questions and reassured us when we had concerns. And we had great results after the surgery. The front office staff is friendly and always try their best to help. I have yet to find a doctor's office that returns calls and responds to requests so promptly.
Dr. Dodson and his staff do not care about their patients. I went in for a standard deviated septum surgery and not only did he not follow up, even after I went in with an infection, but my nose degenerated so now it is worse than before. I can not breath out of one side of my nose because of him. When I called in to try and schedule a follow up, I was told to not bother coming in as I was 'over-reacting' the seriousness of my infection. Now I have to get a second surgery to fix what he ruined.
I felt like they did not really listen to my concerns. Felt like a dollar sign to them. Didnt feel like the doctor actually cared about my health. Wouldn't recommend. Front desk person was rude and snarky also.
