Same woman has called my company for 2 years. Had no idea what she was trying to collect on. When I asked for an invoice so I could identify what wasn't paid, she screamed at me and refused to provide one. What? I am going to pay for something I have no idea what it is. After 2 years, I put together pieces of the puzzle of what it is and told her that was an insurance claim and to work with our insurance carrier. Again, screamed at.
