Both of my sons went to Dr. Lawall and came home saying how rude and condescending he is. I have been to him as well and he rushed the appointment and was rude. My husband has been going to him for years and after my son’s horrible appointment with him today, he will be finding a new primary as well. We all will be finding a new primary. Dr. Lawall needs a course on bedside manner.
Unfortunately on my way over to my appointment to see Dr. Lawall, I knew how I was going to be treated based on my previous appointments with him. I think it’s important that others hear how disrespected I felt during my appointment and have felt after my previous appointments with him. More importantly, I hope he sees this. I understand and respect his time, but it’s important that people and Dr. Lawall himself knows how terrible his bedside manner was towards me and other patients, particularly younger ones. Dr. Lawall and his staff are very accommodating and professional. Highly recommended by someone like myself, who avoided getting a new doctor for a long time.
I really struggled with Dr. Lawall. He comes highly rated, but I plan to find a new PCP. I would not recommend him to others.
Dr Lawall is very detailed, engaged and attentive to conversations. My wife and I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. We believe he's genuine and cares about our well-being. He's a top-notch doc.
