They were appointed as curator for my dad's estate by the court for 90 days, it's been over two years and she has continually delayed and thwarted the judicial system by using procedural rules to her advantage, avoiding to provide supporting documentation for her enormous fees to the very people she is demanding pymt for. She is part of the Florida bar commitee, revises the Fla bar rules book ( go figure), and uses them against her clients for financial gain. I have used this law firm for many of my guardianship cases for the past 10 years. Their attorney's are very knowledgeable of the guardianship laws and best practices. They go by the book and stay away from gray areas which I like and prefer from attorney's representing me and my Wards. The staff is very productive and easy to work with. They stay on top of things and are responsive when you call or email. I will continue to use this firm to assist me in providing quality services to those in need.
