Low pay and not safe at all
Just filed an osha report on this place. Low pay and horrific conditions
How they find people to work here is beyond me. There's no ventilation in the welding department. They just hot box their welders with their own fumes. You can't even see the ceiling... that's how bad it gets.
Any company that treats their pregnant employees poorly, like the way I was treated during my pregnancy here, is a bad faith company. I spent 4 years here as a welder. I left after I gave birth. I couldn't support them any longer. HR was very nice, and upper management was supportive. However, the production management needs training, or a change.
