I fully understand the previous reviewers frustration, Luke is has always been very busy. I have known him for many years and there have been times he hasn't been here when expected. However, whenever its been really urgent, or there is job involving other tradespeople and we need him, he has been here. My business relies on good tradespeople, Luke has put himself out to get me out of difficulty on many occasions. 4 times i organised with him to come out to quote, we even put off going away because he was ment to turn up, and now won't answer the phone or return calls. Very unprofessional
