Pathetic customer service. Their technician was supposed to arrive between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. No one ever showed up. I called at 3:00 pm to check and they mentioned the technician will be there in 20-30 minutes. Even got a text and an email that the technician will be home soon. But again no one showed up. Stay away from Brennan for any HVAC work, their service is very poor
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this heating company. I chose to do business with them because I work for a company that actively promotes their services, so I trusted they would stand behind their work and treat customers fairly. After they installed both a heater and a water heater in my home, I later noticed my condenser sounded like it was struggling. These guys installed our heat pump and furnace a few years ago and since we’ve had to call for service 15+ times. The first 10 times or so it was because the technician was not able to actually resolve the issue. Posting this review now because once again it’s broken. It’s ridiculous for a $25,000 install to have this many issues.
Daniel was informative, friendly, & knowledgeable.
They are $280 just to come look. Other places quoted free to look and 99$ service cost.
