Being a former teacher, I give them a grade of "C or C-". I'm not sure if someone else took over this business, sold it, restructured or something. I also have a guess they changed their computer and communication systems. I have used Brennan for the last 7 years. This past year has been a challenge getting my pre-paid service taken care of. We were extremely disappointed with the project management and communication from Brennan when they installed our heat pump in July 2025. While the actual installation work was fine, the customer service experience was frustrating and unprofessional throughout. We had to chase down information repeatedly, with many of our messages going completely unanswered. I would not recommend Brennan if you value clear communication and professional project management. For a $20,000 project, the level of service was unacceptable.
The Brennan Heating and AC scheduling crew are always so friendly and helpful. Steve, the technician who inspected and serviced our heat pump was great. He was fast, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He ensured that I was informed of the condition of our heat pump and provided us with options. Everyone from the Brennan team delivers exceptional customer service!
