I had the opportunity to work with Brian. Very professional and thorough.
Hired Brennan construction to build our apartment project - worst decision we've ever made. Terrible project management from top to bottom, little to no communication regarding delays or cost overruns (they were 6 months late in delivery when promised a 13 month build). They had no control over their subs and when multiple subs defaulted, Brennan did not take accountability for the lack of performance. Was told by owner Joe "this is all part of the construction process."
