I had the pleasure of working with Brennan and Westcap during my most recent refinance transaction. I had a lot going on with my loan application (ie recently inherited properties/probate, rental income etc.) that the underwriters had questions/concerns about and Brennan/his staff stayed the course with their due diligence; and was able to get everything cleared. Brennan and his team were great to work with as a first time homeowner. He was patient and very informative throughout the entire mortgage process. He started with a presentation going over the homebuying and mortgage process tailored to my budget and location and was in contact with me the whole process. When the final numbers were processed, he sent a video to explain every line item and expense on the mortgage so I could watch (and rewatch) on my own time. Brennan is very communicative throughout the process. Without Brennan, I don’t think I could’ve gotten the deal done in time as he was able to close quicker than other lenders could.
