I called Dean, and he first suggested that I try fixing it myself. If that doesn’t work, I can contact them again for repair. Dean’s team is punctual and efficient — they identified the problem, quickly fixed my air conditioner, and even taught me how to maintain it myself. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends.
I called about moving an air pump and Brennan Air were out within an hour to look at the job. They gave me advice on what I could do as another option, even though that advice probably means they will not be doing work for me. Professional. personable, honest. I will remember and use Brennan when I need to.
Brennan guys were excellent. They were on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I would recommend them to everyone.
Nice to actually have a tradesperson turn up when they say they will - on time. Very friendly. Great advice. Said I only needed a good split system when I was happy to go with something more expensive they told me I did not need to spend that much. They were right. Thanks again. Good Job
