I just wanted to commend Brenford animal hospital in Dover Delaware for their professionalism, empathy, and skills. I called them because my twelve year old lab was not eating, was lethargic, couldn't walk, couldn't even sit up by herself. I knew she had arthritis, but this behavior was extreme. They worked her in for the very next day, had their people come out with a gurney to our car to get her. I had to have my cat stormy put down today. I just want to say how good Dr creasy was. She was very sincere to us you could tell she really cared about my cat and what we were gone through. Thanks again to her and all of the staff.
Dr. Emily and the rest of the staff are great. They treated my dog like she was the only thing that matters. Great experience.
Update.. again needed to visit the vet on a Saturday and as b4 they got us in. Having them open 4 hrs on a Saturday is a godsend. This was our 1st visit at this location. I was thrilled that when I called they were able to get us in on Saturday morning. I've met Dr. Riley b4 but this was our 1st exam. She was very nice as was her assistant Julianna. Even Lauren at the front desk was nice. I would not hesitate to return there.
