After ten years of being a customer his staff has gotten worse and worse. This time they (three girls just talking gossip at the front desk) told me I couldn't be seen because I was late. I said, the rule is 15 mins and it's only 5 after, one girl said it's 8 after. I said okay that's still not 15 mins. Then she says the rule is 10 mins. I said it's not 10 mins, she looked at the other girls and said it is now!She said we aren't seeing you today, you will have to reschedule.I said then I guess I'll go elsewhere and she shrug... read more
Staff are not friendly at all. It's like they don't want to work their. They don't always answer their phones. You leave a message, it's days before they return your call, IF they even return your call. I called to order contacts, the girl I spoke to says they will get them ordered for me. SHE NEVER ASKED ME FOR PAYMENT. I receive a text message that my contacts are in. When I show up for appointment to pick up contacts, I am told that the contacts were never ordered because I didn't pay for them. Basically, blaming me for c... read more
I have been going to Dr. Lauer for at least 15 years. He has always given me a thorough exam and asks questions and listens to my concerns. I have found him to be trustworthy. He never rushes me and is easy to talk to. Very pleased with this doctor.
love him so much been going for over 20 years as well as bringing family and friends to see him they have all continued to come back! sweet staff as well and so respectful. exam do take 30 or more minutes but thats because he does everything possible to check your eyes not just prescription but for diseases too . before i went to dr lauer i had beem to 5 eye doctors and they all said i was fine not until i went to him did i find out i had cataracts and for some time at that. LOVE HIM!!!!
WORST DOCTOR ever. WROTE A WRONG prescription and wanted to charge FULL visit to re do the exam. I lost over 200 dollars in my lenses because they were made with the incorrect prescription. Doctor would not take responsibility for re doing the exam and for reimbursement of the money I spent making the lenses with his INCORRECT prescription. DON'T GO THAT THAT PLACE . Office and doctoss are RUDE and doctor is a rip off. They deserve a zero star not even 1
