Love the bubble machine!! We have rented from Brendle's on a couple of occasions. We have always found them to be friendly and helpful. We did find a cheaper place to rent the inflatables (which not only cost less, but also appeared newer than our previous rental from Brendles) and with the opening of Pump-it-up, I have wondered if Brendle's have gone down any in prices? Curt Service We really liked the bigger selection of inflatables and kiddie rides (as compared with other similar companies in the area) that Brendle had to offer. However, both on the phone and with face-to-face interaction, the people we dealt with were curt and made us feel that we were imposing on their time. We ended up renting from them though, as my daughter had her heart set on the "princess moonwalk" and the multi-colored party train... Oh well...
Daughter's Wedding My daughter's wedding is coming up on October 12th and we have recieved the best service from Brendle's. The event planners Standing Ovations have spoken of how helpful the staff is and how they treat you with integrity and respect. It is by far a number one organization.
Bad, Bad First, it frustates me that this is the only rental place in the tri-county area. They don't deserve the business. They couldn't find our order form when we came to pick up, they couldn't find all of our order. They said my order wasn't paid, another woman had to confirm that it was. The linen tablecloths were stained. When we returned the items, they said we didn't turn in everything and it wasn't until one of the ladies in the back spoke up that clarified we had turned it all in. They suck on running a business.
