The assigned seating system seems flawed. Several supposedly sold seats were vacant for the duration of the movie. The seats and service were superb, however.

Love the new seats and the ability to reserve your seating. Service at the concession stand is very good. The restroom needs some cleaning. The walls where the electric hand dryers are are filthy. Need to wipe them down occasionally.

My son and I went to watch Cars 3 in 3D yesterday and it was the first time back since they put in the reclining seats, Love them, makes it easier to sit longer and relax with my back issues that I have. The cleaning of the theater could be a little better but all and all very very satisfied Thank You

I wish that the ticket window would open up at least 30 minutes before the first showing. Their sign states doors open at 11:30 a.m. (it was open before that) but the ticket window should be open too because the line gets long quick. The employees start counting the drawers at 11:30. Yes, I could pay with Fandango, but I don't like paying a service charge on top of the ticket price. Just open the ticket window at least 30 minutes in advance.

I'm not the biggest fan of the new seats. But they are really cool. It's definitely more comfy than before, but sometime the tray gets stuck or the seat will suddenly start reclining. I come from out of town to see movies here with my family, but lived in the area for many years and remember the old seating they had. It's pretty awesome that seats have to be reserved instead free for all. They need to start serving beer.

We sat in the recliner and purchased assigned seats for the first time ever. Plus and minuses of the assigned seating. The theatre was packed, so being able to see if we could sit together was a plus. We sat at the top, so we saw that there weren't a lot of empty seats. Minus is moving to an empty seat later as the other person posted. The seats took a minute to figure out, but overall they were comfortable and the experience was great. Love the new recliners. It's like watching at home. I like preordering the tickets on Fandango, but it's way pricey but worth it if you don't want to have to rush to get good seats. I just hope people take care not to damage the seats.
