Was watching blade runner at 8p & heard rustling behind us shined my light & there was a mouse in the theater. Went to let the front know & Erika the manager was like well I can't give you a refund you've been in there a hour . Uh well I never asked for a refund just was letting y'all know .

I love the newer seats and the smaller number of people that are in each theater and the assigned seating. The time before last, I didn’t know about the assigned seating and our group had to switch going out to eat prior to the movie instead of going after because we had to wait for a later showtime to get the seats we like. That’s ok. I’m more than happy to pay Fandango a few extra dollars to reserve my seats and walk in without standing in line. I have a lot of previous students who work here and the management is always "school-friendly" when it comes to special showings. The bummer for me is that many times, including last night when I was watching It with my son, there are super disrespectful movie-goers who talk out loud throughout the entire movie as well as check/use their phones, showing no consideration for other movie-goers who are spending their hard earned money to be there. Management was extremely nice and helpful when between the ticket counter and Fandango they double sold our seats. Technology is great, by not perfect. Management handled it well and the other people were accommodating.
