I gave this place another chance because I needed to groom my dog after 3 months closure during pandemic. He came home with both of his ears cut with dry blood on them, I ended up going to the vet. I understand he had a lot of mutting and was totally ok with complete shave instead of a fancy cut, but there was no need or excuse to injure the dog.
