Eric and Tom are very helpful and are open about educating customers about cars and maintenance. Willing to go the extra mile. Transparent, courteous and good communication. Call ahead to make appointments.

Had an unfortunate car breakdown problem in Queens, NY where I chose to be towed to Brendan's Service Station early in the morning after quickly scanning their google reviews waiting for the tow truck.
