My car was towed Saturday from Tarrytown and ended up at this dump of a place. Because it's closed Saturday and Sunday They charged me $550 to get my car released Monday morning! It's outrageous and robbery. Only took cash and zelle!
It’s not often you want to tell people what good service you got anywhere for anything, but Brendan’s auto body did such a superlative job on my truck I’m here to tell you it’s as perfect as the day I got it new. This is a four year old truck that got hit and needed paint and body work and I was simply expecting it to get fixed, period. When it was finished in 5 short days, I was blown away. He then began asking me why I was getting the car towed off his lot and where I'd be getting the work done (why would I want to get it done by him after the way they treat customers). I told him, not that I needed to, he then began talking down to me saying dealerships can't do repairs and they'll send it out elsewhere. (some dealers don't but some do, the place I'm bringing it does them there). My car had been towed there by Elmsford PD after a car accident. I wasn't allowed to call my own tow or request where my car was taken. Additionally, I was never informed of cost/ fees associated. My car was scheduled to be towed to the dealership performing the repair, I spoke with Reina to notify them my car was being towed. She sent me an authorization form that stated I was aware there would be a $125 fee.
