Very difficult to get him to respond. Office states that are trying to reach him. Waited 3 days for a response, after repeated phone calls. Rude office manager. No compassion, no humanity
Dr Kappus has been our Dr for years and gotten us thru many illnesses and hospital stays. He is personable and takes the time to make sure we are up to date with all of our vaccines and talks with us about our Medicare and things we need. I love how he takes the time to just sit for a few minutes and talk with us about how we are doing. I hope he never leaves here or retires in our lifetime. Deno and Linda Kijek
