Brendan was fantastic from start to finish as our buyer’s agent. My husband was initially apprehensive about getting a buyer’s agent but we’re both very glad we had Brendan assisting us along the way. He did all the legwork to find us our ideal home, took care of all the paperwork, negotiation, etc. and he’s a really great guy! We’re going to bring him all our real estate business going forward and wish him the absolute best success! If you’re looking for an agent on either side (buyer/seller) don’t hesitate!!
Where should I even start? Brendan was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely thorough and so patient with my questions. He communicated quickly and when needed but wasn’t “pushy” or demanding. He felt like a safe place to land as we juggled a tough market. I am forever grateful to Brendan!!
