Went to test drive a car but place was under construction. Sign directed us to Kia But when I went to KIA they said MG was being looked after out of the Isuzu show room. Frustrated I walked over to Isuzu to find the place deserted. This was 1.30 pm on a Thursday so there should have been someone there. Hard to get in touch after calling them at 8:30am and got told I would get a call back. More the. Half they don’t answer the phone. My car only needed one spark plug to be recapped but charging me $190 to get all of them replaced. Mg does not care about there customers. I’m on the edge of returning my vehicle because mg Redcliffe is just as bad.

Michaela was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I walked in, worked around a prior arrangement I had made and was delightful to deal with. She is extremely diligent and really cares about your experience throughout the process, could not be happier with everything she did for me.
