Michaela was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I walked in, worked around a prior arrangement I had made and was delightful to deal with. She is extremely diligent and really cares about your experience throughout the process, could not be happier with everything she did for me. I won’t ever be taking my car back here for a service (first year I decided to use Brendale instead of Kedron due to close location to my workplace) left my car from 8am-5pm for a service, when I picked up my car I realised that the mechanism that locks my car key in place had been broken as well as my MG dashcam (the on/off) button was broken so can no longer turn it off when needed). I went back the following day and they shrugged me off, telling me I would have to pay for a key replacement and to fix my dash cam! Basicall... read more
I went there yesterday for my MG HS service. Best customer service I have ever experienced. From Dahla. Toyota Mitsubishi need to get better.
Don't know if there service or prices are any good. Was never approached in the 1/2hr I was on-site to find out.
