Worst provider service I've experienced. Would not recommend! All they're worried about is money. They don't care about helping patients. They don't answer the phone or return calls, related to your care. Regardless of the situation. Y’all wouldn’t like for someone to be dismissive to you or family member. With the portal, it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone in person. Carrie Hernandez is unprofessional as well. She is in the business office. She is of no help as well, has no empathy and rude, very rude.

Horrible doctor. Does not care about her patients. Wants you to come in for every single thing. Does not follow up on lab results. Just flat does not care about anything other than a paycheck.

The care I received from Dr. Brenda Chavez is exceptional. Dr.Brenda Chavez is an amazing kind person and doctor. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that has yielded positive results. She is always making sure that she takes into consideration that I have just one kidney so keeping it healthy is priority. I have been waiting for a week now for this Doctor or a member of her Staff to return my calls concerning a prescription refill and today I was told that the office is closed. How very sad that this is how they value a patients care. Maybe they will see this and give me a call one thing is for sure when I have my next appointment they sure will want the co pay right away. Hendrick you can do better than this.
