I am extremely disappointed with how a situation was handled. On my first attempt to pick up my medication, the pharmacy immediately identified that the prescription had been written incorrectly. For the next three to four days, the pharmacy and I repeatedly attempted to communicate with the doctor’s office to have the prescription corrected. Worst provider service I've experienced. Would not recommend! All they're worried about is money. They don't care about helping patients. They don't answer the phone or return calls, related to your care. Regardless of the situation. Y’all wouldn’t like for someone to be dismissive to you or family member. With the portal, it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone in person. Carrie Hernandez is unprofessional as well. She is in the business office. She is of no help as well, has no empathy and rude, very rude.

Horrible doctor. Does not care about her patients. Wants you to come in for every single thing. Does not follow up on lab results. Just flat does not care about anything other than a paycheck.

The care I received from Dr. Brenda Chavez is exceptional. Dr.Brenda Chavez is an amazing kind person and doctor. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that has yielded positive results. She is always making sure that she takes into consideration that I have just one kidney so keeping it healthy is priority.
