I just got off a phone call with Nancy during my lunch break at work and this was the most helpful and efficient doctor's call I had in a long time. Nancy was polite, soft spoken, and very reassuring while she answered all my medical inquiries. Another warning to those who are thinking about coming here. I'm another victim of this scam office. Got referred to this office and went in for a "checkup" and was told I needed an eeg, not knowing and not told that I would be charged thousands for a 5 minute eeg(with insurance), plus another 500 for the few minutes office visit. They also tried to sell me on a take-home eeg, and when I refused they tried to charge me for it anyway. Front office manager was rude and nasty about it too. Avoid at all costs.

Based on my experience, this doctor appears to prioritize profits and steers patients towards a third-party billing service managed by Vishmya Patel, negatively impacting both my credit and livelihood. My final decision to leave the group was influenced by the excessive Video EEG tests that resulted in unexpected bills and minimal improvement in my health.
