I went to Brenda for mostly anorexia. Literally that day, I started making at least one meal at home and ate and enjoyed it! I have also noticed that my choices are much healthier than before. If you need help, she can do it.
I highly reccomend Brenda, she is extremely skilled, knowledgable, and passionate in her practice. I felt very calm and comfortable working with her and am looking foward to my future sessions. Thank you!!!
