Hello, my wife has recently changed insurances and she has tricare select which requires no referrals for regular pcm checkups. The office worker there would not listen to my wife when she tried to explain the mishap with she doesn’t have tricare prime but tricare select which requires no referrals. The lady explained that there was nothing to do and that she had already cancelled the appointment. Brenda is wonderful. If she were not here I would not visit this location again. She works for big pharma, which is typically awful, but she provides true care. I was sick thinking I had one thing but she listened, diagnosed and treated without trying to push a bunch of unnecessary tests I did not want or trying to load me up with meds. Instead just one med and the issue is gone. Thank you Brenda.
