Absolutely unacceptable experience. Brenda treated my 81-year-old grandmother with complete disregard and disrespect. The dentures were made entirely incorrectly, and when we brought them back for repairs, nothing had been fixed despite being told they would be. It’s clear she’s more interested in taking money than actually helping, especially when it comes to elderly patients who rely on proper care and compassion.
