I had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience with Dr.Brenda Ross. Throughout my care, I felt unheard, dismissed, and treated like a number rather than a human being especially as a Black woman navigating a high-risk pregnancy. I was not listened to when I raised concerns, and instead of receiving meaningful medical guidance, I was given a basic printout of information that was pulled from Google. I love Dr.Ross and her staff. The ladies are always nice, friendly and welcoming . The office is always very clean with a serine peaceful feeling. I've never waited for then 10mins in the waiting room, they make sure to get you in and out without long wait times. I found Dr. Ross on Google for my current and last pregnancy, I would definitely recommend her to other women.
Dr. Ross is great. Very attentive. Will answer all your questions and concerns. Definitely great!
