Have reached out to her and her medical group for 2 months to get my prescription and they do not return my call nor have they called in my prescription. It’s difficult to believe that a doctor that can not return calls or fill prescriptions that have been filled for months cares about her patients at all.
Appointment was at 10, showed up at 10, they said Dr would be double booked and they weren't going to deal with it so they rescheduled without even asking schedule, just put in for a work day and said bye bye. Unprofessional. Rude. Also, Dr is located at Baptist medical group but this shows in some subdivision.
Not a recommendation.
I really like Dr Nguyen. I am not an easy patient because I dont like taking pills of any kind, but she listened to my concerns and all of my numbers and blood pressure are good again. I trust her!
