have always come here but today was not great. the tech literally scolded me over not knowing the exact name of the new combo polish that incorporates funny bunny and bubble bath. she was rude, rushed, and very very unfriendly. nails were done okay- not great. i won't be back.
Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever received. Burned my toe with the electric file, which then burned with all the chemicals; the water was scalding hot, there are 5 coats of gel nail polish on my toes, plus a base coat and a top coat, that aren’t completely dry. The polish is lumpy and not smooth, with cuticles still stuck to my toe nail and polish on the cuticles…. there is nail polish on my skin (that was attempted to be taken off by a nail file, when I promptly got up to leave). I was super excited to call and get the last appointment of the evening before closing. Brenda did my pedicure and was so genuine to connect with made me laugh and feel special well being pampered during my pedicure. Highly recommend her! Sharing feet photo from on the beach after my pedicure!
