She should get 0 stars. Doesn't submit or know how to submit pre-authorization for medication approval. I had to call my insurance and ask them to call her office and walk them through it. I was without one of my crucial medications for an extended period of time trying to get them to understand what they needed to submit. Also, she is a poor listener and communicator and doesn't seem to know what is going on with her patients.
Great doctor! I enjoy how she takes her time with you and is very knowledgable.
Dr. Wainscott is always kind, empathetic, and professional. I have been with her for years. I moved away from Katy to Midtown. I still drive all this way to have her as my physician. I trust her
