When I was the Executive Director of the Small Publishers Association, Brenda Speer provided educational information on intellectual property to our members. Working with her with both in-person presentations and newsletter articles, Brenda knowledgeable and easy to work with. Scott Flora
I would not recommend Brenda. She is unable to respond in a timely fashion and places her personal judgement into her practice and decision making and her clients are the ones who ultimately suffer. She was uncaring and dismissive of my concerns and her lack of attention to detail and caring ( I don't think it was a knowledge deficit), cost me precious time. Thankfully I did my own research and found a loop hole that she missed which saved my case and I proceeded with a different attorney.
