High insurance policies. Always going up. Never get any clarification. Nancy seems to be okay with customers being left unhappy and confused. She has been unhelpful in the past and is one of the reasons I am moving to a different insurance company that treats customers with decency
Not happy with my last interaction with them. Called to make a payment and gave my information. Thought it was taken care of but turns out the lady, Nancy that I talked to never ran it. So I ended up getting a cancellation notice. So much for expecting someone to do their job. This was the first time I had any issues with them
Estuve asegurada con Brenda kulju por más de 14 años con tres carros tres choferes y mi casa . Todo estuvo bien mientras pague la aSeguranza por años con algún accidente esporádico sin gran importancia como robo y vandalismo y la reparación de un vidrio roto con un deductible de $250.00 dólares cuando por otro proveedor que tú buscas sólo cobran 150.00 .. ellos pueden bajar tu deductible a 0.00 pero no te lo dicen.
