She is a very professional and personal dr all in one. She made me feel like I was heard during my visit with her. She took her time and did not rush through the process at all. She is very timely when it comes time for the appt and timely in regards to submitting her medical records to other physicians to avoid any delay in care. I would absolutely recommend her.
BEWARE!!! Dr. Havellana overbilled me on services and every time I tried to call her to get it worked out, her vmail box was full. What kind of doctor has a FULL VOICE MAILBOX where you can't even leave a message?? I tried calling her for weeks and it was the same full vmail. In the meantime she just continues to send me a statement showing my account balance. I was initially very excited for my appointment as it was the last appointment I needed before preauthorization could be submitted for bariatric surgery, i needed her evaluation. I requested a time off of work for the appointment, it was telehealth, SHE WAS AN HOUR LATE CALLING ME..... a whole hour, and i got no text, no email no notification that she was running behind, instead i wasted an hour waiting around her her to call, i understand things come up, but very unprofessional, after she finally did call, the appt was rush... read more
