Dr Geddis as a doctor was wonderful. She was thoughtful and listened and really cared. Unfortunately, her staff and the way the office was run was horrible. I waited for an hour for almost every well visit and once I waited 3 hours for a well visit. No one came to tell us sorry, there’s a big delay. When I asked the receptionist, there was no acknowledgement of us having waited. We eventually left and never looked back.
I waited 1 hour a 15 min, for Aleksandra Allwash N.P. in the room. Aleksandra came into the room, never Apologize, I have not felt well for months. She never gets back to you and when she does, you never get a real answer. She was rude and she said I was rude. I was matter-of-fact. She told me to find another doctor.
Always makes me feel like I am her only patient. Excellent care
