I came here once but this tax person is wierd i askes for a quote for me and myself and she tried using my mother in my taxes which i never asked for then when i denied her crazy insane taxt idea she tried charging me a fee to quote ans wasnt going to return my papers untill i paid and i had to wait an hour for my receit and she rudely threw my papers at me and my mother filed for taxes and she didnt receive her taxes for awhile (they were "late") and she got a written check by brenda and it was allot smaller then it was thi... read more

Amazing service, and amazing staff. My first time doing taxes, and Brenda was amazing at walking me through the process and was very kind and professional.

Worst place ever. They said they sent my tax forms January 17th. I called the IRS the first week of March and the IRS said they didnt get sent until February 27th. When i went in to ask what was going on they gave me attitude and got mad at me as if i had no reason to be upset. Worst place ever.

I been doing my taxes there and no problems at all wherever she told me I was getting I'll get that amount not a penny less or penny more they doing good.
