I walked to the Tax Office at 3:25 p.m. today, since, checking the website it stated that the office would be closing at 4;00. Oops! Once again I find the office CLOSED early. Hmmm. This is the third time in the past two years that I find the office closed during its business hours.. I am not pleased.
Brenda Hill has always been very helpful and courteous, even when I wanted to pay my taxes and forgot to bring my tax bill, or when I needed another statement showing that I already paid my taxes.
Added a $540 fine on my tax return for no reason..thankfully the IRS returned it back ..Jen ..her sidekick didnt have the knowledge to be doing taxes .. was no way worth the $275 fee ..online costs me $40 done right
