saw dr cuellar back in early 2019 for insertion of the birth control implant, which was perfect i have no complaints. in late 2021, i went to get the implant removed and a new one inserted since it had been 3 years. the staff was friendly but dr cuellar came into the room and seemed upset that i had came back to her for this procedure. she stated i was “ messing with her money” since she was not my primary doctor. she was very unwelcoming and made me feel dumb. she did the procedure and it was fine, until a few weeks later t... read more
I wish zero stars was a choice. Staff is unprofessional. I had to argue with the person answering the phone for two days to get my subscription for my covid medicine ordered at Walgreens. Dr. Cuellar seemed to be in a hurry during the online appointment. I had difficulty understanding her accent. Never scheduling an appointment with her again.
I am always treated well at this office. Pleasant and helpful people. Thank you all. Dr. Cuellar will be missed greatly. She's been a wonderful doctor for me for several years.
I found out after my appointment that Dec 22nd would be Dr. Cuellar's last day and was so disappointed. I only saw her a few times but was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She will be missed.
