Brenda is a caring , knowledgeable, and understanding health care provider. She always tries to solve and usually succeeds improving any pain issues I have. She treats me like family. She takes the time to listen to me. I know that she really does care about her patients.
Poor listening skills, does not seem to have an understanding of what it is like to live with a disability that involves chronic pain. Not sympathetic or caring. Does noes not show empathy. Is extremely rigid. When I call with a question or possible medication change due to ineffectiveness of medication she refuses to help over phone and states issue will only be addressed at next appointment.
