I believe that for a provider to deny knowing a reviewer after countless charges for services and also correspondence is blatantly false. That should ring volumes about denying knowing someone who posted an unfavorable review rather than the dissatisfied and questionable actions that led to the review in the first place. There are advocates in the mental health field that can look into the questionable correspondence as well as actions of providers. STAY AWAY FROM ANCHOR PSYCHOTHERAPY in Pasadena. They are one of the top rated and Bren Chasse essentially left me in crisis, took no concern about the chaos occurring during her medical leave, and hasn’t checked if I’m even remotely ok in almost 2 months. The best of the best. Bren not only listens and helps you feel seen and heard but most importantly she challenges you in ways that no therapist will. The work I have done with her has been profound.

Bren is a smart, insightful therapist, who is committed to her clients and the work that she does. She's a colleague whom I've known for several years, and I've also attended trainings she has given. Bren is a trauma expert and I'd absolutely feel comfortable referring friends, family, or clients.
