A yellow topaz stone fell out of my mother's mother's ring. I had it replaced here. Although I was happy with the price and the speed of service, I am horribly disappointed with the result. I asked for the yellow topez stone to be replaced with the same color stone. The stone was replaced, but it sure as Hell isn't a yellow topez stone. I have worn this ring since the night my mother passed away and treasure it as a family heirloom. I feel like crying.
