We haven't used Bremner for a few years (since covid) however we couldn't have asked for better service. Over the years with Bremner when/if we did have a problem it was attended to immediately. One Saturday about 10:30 p.m. I noticed something and left a message (we were new to having a pool). Imran called me back and set my mind at ease. Highly highly recommend.
I am a very happy customer. Eric from Bremner just finished installing my new liner. The entire process (start to finish) was way better than I could have hoped it would be. Very disappointing experience. I booked an inspection with Bremner Pool and Spa and clearly told the receptionist it was urgent because I’m purchasing a house. I confirmed the appointment, arranged for my real estate agent to be there, and asked the seller to leave the house early at 8:30 AM. The inspector never showed up. I called them multiple times with no response. After an hour, they finally called back and casually said they had booked me for a different day. I don’t normally write reviews but this time, I feel I needed to put it out there. We’ve been using Bremner Pool and Spa for years and I have nothing but the best experience with them taking care of our pool. They’ve been opening/closing and maintaining our pool and we trust them. We had our pool opened late this year and yesterday, the pool guys told me that they cannot open our pool as we have a big hole in our pipes.
