Jordan really dropped the ball here. Ive had Erie insurance for almost 4 years, i thought things were going well. I had a little bit of bad luck with my car and had to get a few tows, I had full coverage and paid the extra for roadside so I didn't think it was a big deal to use it, right? Wrong. Erie won't renew my policy because of to many claims. ..so I got with Jordan to see what my other options were. Solely leaving this review so Austin Smith gets the recognition he deserves. He is one of the hardest working people in this type of industry I have ever met.
