We just moved to Redwood Zeeland about three months ago and we are so happy this is where we decided to call home! The staff here is so nice. The maintenance tech, Tony is always amazing. I've worked in property management in the past and I don't feel like you get this kind of service most place.
My experience here started out strong when Bahia managed, but in the past 18 months we have seen at least 5 apartment managers come and go and the sense of community has been lost. The last manager disregarded my request to have my roommate removed from the lease, she was told a form was being emailed to her to sign to be removed from the lease, but it was actually the renewal. One of the most beautiful places for a small family just starting out or a family looking for something that is comfy and fits your needs. The manager was very inviting and gave tons of important information.
