I didn't even know this facility existed until the referred place, that I've been referred to in the past, only had appointments over a month out. And let me tell you that I'm so happy. I was able to get in a couple days after calling them. It's a smaller, less crowded facility. The staff are very pleasant and knows everyone by name. My therapist, Jacob, treated me very well. The physical therapy assistant's are great. Not only do they execute the appropriate care plan, but make sure your form is correct and consistent. Home exercise plans are helpful as long as you complete them. I was skeptical that my shoulder would not improve but I was profoundly incorrect. I got a frozen shoulder, a couple of tears, and calcific tendonitis-very painful. If you think Physical Therapy won't work, just give the staff a chance.
