The typewriter I was sold was in pristine condition. Since some robbers tossed it around and broke the space bar and it has to be fixed, I wouldn't trust anyone else for the repair. They have a wide price range, and most machines come with their original carrying case. They even had a free typewriter at the door for anyone whose hands aren't full leaving. A perfect business 👌

Paul and his team refurbished my dad’s 1960s typewriter and I gave it to my daughter. Not only did Paul’s team refurbish it, but they gave her a mini-lesson in how to use it. When we encountered a small margin-lock issue he walked us through how to fix it over the phone. Fixing broken analog items is a dying art, but it is alive here.

As a total design & type enthusiast, this place was a complete gem! If you’re looking for a classic typewriter or if you’re needing one repaired, this is the absolute place! The owners are very knowledgeable & super enthused about the typewriter business. An absolute must-visit!
