Really nice and helpful people!
I had to do hydration treatments here (last one June 5th) & I loved going in. The nurses were always so sweet, caring, & funny. My Mom that's handicapped & elderly always went with me & they made sure she was always comfortable too. They're a great team.
I have been coming to the infusion clinic for a couple of months now and every single visit I feel like I’m surrounded by family. I watch the staff treat every patient with respect and compassion. They all work so well together! I’ve come in on weekends when they have less staff and still I’m treated like a queen! This clinic is staffed with absolute rockstars!
They say that this clinic is a "quiet" environment. I would disagree. I spend about 3 hours there every Monday. The nurses sit around and talk and laugh so loud that they couldn't hear me asking to go to the restroom. I had to raise my voice after saying Excuse me several times. So maybe they need to be reminded that this is a "quiet" environment. Not a social day for them to talk and laught amongst themselves. People come here because they are sick and the last thing they need is to deal with loud obnoxious nurses.
