Receptionist is so rude on the phone and even more so in person. Conflicting information provided and ppl genuinely needing the assistance. Level of compassion needs to be provided to all whom enter its meant to be a place to assist the mentally challenged patients. We already are going through alot and do not need your laden or extra luggage on top from your resistance of support. Fix your tone and your face!

Waiting times were short and all staff were prompt and professional. The Doctor was understanding and provided me with the care and treatment specific to my needs which has helped me achieve a better mental health outcome in my life.
I was so nervous to go.!!! But no need. I felt heard and treated with respect by all. I feel so much better about this road I should of taken along time ago 🤗🤗
This place is pathetic. The psychiatrists aren't ever there for you when you need them and the receptions don't understand the first thing about mental health. The receptionist Chloe is an empty person who clearly has a perfect life with no problems of her own and doesn't care to help other people.
