There is dangerous malpractice occurring at this point practice that needs to be reported to RANZCP. The practitioners here have a demonstrated pattern of causing and exacerbating harm to their patients. The psychiatrist I supported a close friend to see here was incredibly dismissive of her lived experiences. Receptionist is so rude on the phone and even more so in person. Conflicting information provided and ppl genuinely needing the assistance. Level of compassion needs to be provided to all whom enter its meant to be a place to assist the mentally challenged patients. We already are going through alot and do not need your laden or extra luggage on top from your resistance of support. Fix your tone and your face!

Waiting times were short and all staff were prompt and professional. The Doctor was understanding and provided me with the care and treatment specific to my needs which has helped me achieve a better mental health outcome in my life.
